Bagels are a common choice for everyone and in my opinion this is something that not nearly enough people are getting to experience. With all the flavors and textures that you can get with bagels I don’t know why people even buy bread!
I mean they’ve got all the different flavor bagels not to mention the different toppings you can add on these things I mean what’s not to love…
…in addition to that they’re also really good for you and aren’t something that you need to be continually monitoring counting your calories and depending on what you get you can really get creative with these things…it’s up to you!
Below I’ve listed off some really good recipes/combinations that you can add to your bagels to give them a little more life and honestly I could see myself eating a bagel a day if I had enough of them! 5 Healthy Ways to Eat Your Bagels

Peanut butter and bananas is a great addition to any bagel (especially the everything bagel) and is a healthy choice that I think everyone can agree on There are multiple benefits to adding one of these simple toppings to your bagel and other than the flavor and texture of it all it’s actually pretty good for you.
I think the great thing about this snack is that it’s easy to make and for a few extra dollars you can get a big thing of peanut butter and bananas that will last you at LEAST a week depending on how ambitious you are ;).

The Deli Bagel is another favorite and is probably one of my go-to choices when it comes to bagels and lunch. The great thing about a deli bagels is that I can add a little cheese and some meat and boom I’ve got a great tasting sandwich in half the time.
Personally, I’ll eat a bagel over a few slices of bread any day and I feel as though it’s the texture that really draws me to it, what are thoughts/feelings about bagels?

Chicken and Sprouts is another great choice for many reasons and is just so darn healthy for you it’s tough to really so anything against this stuff. The great thing about a chicken and sprouts bagel is that it’s a really simple recipe and for what it’s worth it’s actually really healthy. Definitely try this one and get back to me on how you like it I really think this will be a nice addition for any bagel-lover.
4. Bacon Avocado Bagel
The BACON Avocado bagel…ahh yes now this is one of my favorites. I really like these bagels because of the diversity of flavor in here and with the avocado to “balance out” the crunchy-saltiness of the bacon this is a perfect dish and is also really good for you – another great bagel dish that anyone can whip up in a few minutes with the right ingredients…
5. Open Faced Hummus Bagel
And finally I decided to include a rather peculiar choice for some people but this is a bagel that actually is really tasty and is really good for you. There are a lot of people who aren’t too big a fans of hummus but once you try this out you’ll find that it pairs really well with bagel and you’ll actually barely even be able to taste it…give this one a try!

In conclusion I really think that you’re going to like some of these bagel recipes that I included on here, I’m always looking for new ways to improve my different bagel recipes and after stumbling upon some of these I found that I was actually really surprised with the amount of dishes i was able to make with these ingredients.
All in all I’m a huge bagel fan and really think that if you’re interested and curious about what’s out there you’ll really be surprised at the different types of recipes and concoctions that you can come up with the right ingredients and a little panache!
